Who are we?

PingPrime is a GEO-specialized agency based in Brussels, founded by Sabrina Bulteau and Olivier de Decker. In 2010, they co-founded Be Connect, one of the first social media agencies in Belgium, through which they supported major advertisers (Nestlé, L’Oréal, D’Ieteren, Brussels Airport, Beobank, Gilead), as well as SMEs and European institutions for nearly ten years. The agency was acquired by the iO group in 2019.
With the emergence of generative AI engines as a new interface between businesses and their audience, they launched PingPrime to address this paradigm shift. Their goal: to make brands understandable, credible, and reusable by AI, so that they are selected and cited in the responses of ChatGPT, Google AI, Perplexity, or Claude.

Why PingPrime?

After mobile and social, AI answer engines are profoundly restructuring how brands are found and recommended. In these new interfaces, the question is no longer just "am I found?" but "am I chosen?" PingPrime was born to address this disruption.

How do we work?

We work with our proprietary IDO methodology, structured in three phases: Identify (understand how AI answers questions in your sector today), Do (lay the foundations and structure your content to be more easily found, cited, and deemed reliable) and Optimize (monitor and sustainably embed this visibility, by aligning your management and your Marcom, SoMe, SEO, PR, and Content teams.

Result: your brands are better understood, better cited, and more often chosen by LLMs.

Sabrina Bulteau - Co-founder

A digital strategist and entrepreneur based in Brussels, Sabrina Bulteau has combined performance marketing, brand positioning, and innovation for over 25 years. In 2010, she co-founded Be Connect — one of the first social media agencies in Belgium — serving Nestlé, L'Oréal, D'ieteren, Brussels Airport, local SMEs, and European institutions. The agency was acquired by iO in 2019. At PingPrime, she built the IDO methodology and toolkit from A to Z. She defines each client's GEO strategy and leads the development of their authority within AI engines. What is GEO?

GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) aims to make your brand credible and citable in AI responses (ChatGPT, Google AI, etc.). While SEO primarily seeks positions and traffic, GEO focuses on narrative authority: evidence, third-party sources, "Answer-First" structure, and message consistency.

Does it replace SEO?

No. GEO complements SEO. SEO remains useful for discovery (indexed pages, intent, technical performance). GEO adds what's missing in the "post-search" era: being picked up by AI, with the right framing, on the right topics.

What exactly do you measure?
